At Amagracia, every piece of jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. We hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 20 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping may not be accepted.
Please note that custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of promotions—including holiday promotions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, or other special discounts—are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the return instructions we provide. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email if the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Because our jewelry is handcrafted, minor variations or small imperfections may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Jewelry Care & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry experiences damage due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
Please note that our limited craftsmanship warranty applies for up to two months from the delivery date. Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, or accidents is not covered under warranty.
