At Amagracia, we want your jewelry to arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping options and policies below.

1. Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times

US Overnight Shipping:
Next business day delivery by end of day.

US Express Shipping:
Delivery within 2–3 business days.

US Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 6–8 business days.

DHL International Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 8–14 business days.

2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE US Standard Shipping on orders of $99 or more.
No promo code is required—just select Standard Shipping during checkout.

Shipping thresholds may change during sales and promotional events. Please check the latest details at checkout to confirm eligibility.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM ET may begin processing the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. All costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to update.

6. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Amagracia are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Amagracia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

7. International Orders

For international orders, please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local postal services.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged during transit or does not arrive, please contact us at amagracia.design@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
